برای پنجمین سال متوالی مراسم جوایز The Game Awards دیشب با معرفی بازی های متنوع و همچنین بهترین بازی های سال برگشت. شاهد سورپرایزهای متعددی بودیم و همچنین بازی های مختلفی نیز معرفی شدند. بزرگ تر از همه این بهترین بازی سال بود که مشخص شد و Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice به مقام بزرگی رسید.
بسیاری باور داشتند که Death Stranding جایزه بهترین بازی سال را دریافت خواهد کرد اما برعکس آن اتفاق افتاد و Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice از استودیو From Software موفق به کسب این مقام بزرگ شد. این بازی رقیبان سرسختی داشت اما با این حساب جایزه را به خانه برد. Sekiro همچنین جایزه بهترین اکشن ماجراجویی سال را نیز دریافت کرد و شب خوبی را پشت سر گذاشت.
